I'm going to be a real math nerd and argue it should be plus, not minus. If you're quantifying awesomeness (or other positive factor), then I could see "Saturday in the office" as a negative quantity, and "being in pajamas the entire time" as a positive quantity of an equal value, meaning that when you add them together, you get 0, or they balance each other out.
It also makes intuitive sense, because presumably you were both at work AND in your pajamas. "And" is pretty additive :)
